Q: How often should I change my filter? A: For best results, we recommend every eight weeks, unless your filter is wider than a 1".
Q: How often should I have to recharge my
air conditioner?
A: You should not have to charge your air conditioner. If you have this problem, a leak needs to be found, repaired and the system charged once and for all.
Q: How come my air conditioner runs all the time? A: It may be undersized or undercharged. Possibly even an air flow problem.
Q: Do I need to maintain my furnace and air conditioner? A: Yes, you should have a tune up on your air conditioner in the spring and a tune-up and saftey check on your furnace in the fall.
Q: Should I cover my air conditioner in the winter? A: Yes, but make sure you uncover it before the first use.
Q: How do I adjust my thermostat? A: There are too many brands and different styles. Call us (see phone numbers below) and we can answer most questions over the phone.
Q: Is there any extra charge on the
weekends?
A: Yes, our diagnostics fee raises from $59.00 to $95.00. Also, repairs are more than the regular rate.
Q: Does your company sell parts? A: We sell very basic parts and supplies. Most parts need to be installed by a certified technician and come with a warranty.
