A: Yes, you should have a tune up on your air conditioner in the spring and a tune-up and saftey check on your furnace in the fall. |
| Q: Should I cover my air conditioner in the winter? |
A: Yes, but make sure you uncover it before the first use. |
| Q: How do I adjust my thermostat? |
A: There are too many brands and different styles. Call us (see phone numbers below) and we can answer most questions over the phone. |
Q: Is there any extra charge on the
weekends? |
A: Yes, our diagnostics fee raises from $59.00 to $95.00. Also, repairs are more than the regular rate. |
| Q: Does your company sell parts? |
A: We sell very basic parts and supplies. Most parts need to be installed by a certified technician and come with a warranty. |
